Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the xbfman_network Minecraft server, website, Discord server, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

xbfman_network reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Definitions

Server: xbfman_network and all related services.
User: Any person accessing or using the Server.
Virtual Items: In-game items, currency, accounts, ranks, crates, keys, or services.
Real-Money Trading (RMT): Any exchange of Virtual Items for real-world value.

Prohibited Conduct

3.1 Cheats, Mods, and Exploits

No hacked clients, movement modifications, or inventory modifications.
No health indicators, radar, ESP, or freecam.
No auto/easy-place features, macros, scripts, auto-clickers, mouse tweaks, or scrollers.
No crafting modifications.
No modifications that provide unfair advantages.

3.2 Bugs and Exploits

No abusing bugs or glitches, including attempted or successful item duplication.
All bugs and exploits must be reported immediately.

3.3 Economy and Trading Violations

No real-money trading (IRL trading) or cross-server trading.
No external gambling, Discord boost rewards involving in-game benefits, or invite rewards involving real-world value.
No selling or buying accounts, items, currency, services, or access outside official xbfman_network channels.

3.4 Identity and Account Abuse

No staff impersonation.
No using more than five (5) accounts.
No attempting to discover or use the server seed.

3.5 Community Abuse

No spamming voice chat.
No harassment, threats, or disruptive behavior.

3.6 Chat Conduct

No spamming, or encouraging others to spam, in chat.
No excessive cussing, NSFW content, or hate speech/discrimination.
No death threats or sharing another user's private information.
No advertising, promotion, or posting links in general chat.
No pretending to be a staff member, or evading a ban.
No attempting to bypass the chat filter or the anvil-rename filter.

💡 Use common sense. The conduct listed above isn't exhaustive. xbfman_network staff reserve the right to take action against any behavior that's disruptive, exploitative, or against the spirit of a fair, friendly server — even if it isn't explicitly listed here.

Virtual Property

All accounts, virtual items, currency, and data associated with xbfman_network remain the exclusive property of xbfman_network. Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use such virtual items.

xbfman_network reserves the right to modify, revoke, or remove virtual items or accounts at any time, without compensation or liability.

Seasonal Resets & Map Wipes

xbfman_network runs on seasons. From time to time, we reset the server — this means wiping the map and rolling back the database to keep the server healthy and the economy balanced long-term.

5.1 Consumable Items

When a reset happens, all "consumable" items are wiped for good. This includes things like in-game currency, homes, physical items, your inventory, and any unopened crate keys. These won't come back, and they won't carry over into the new season.

5.2 Persistent Items

Permanent purchases are the exception. Lifetime donation ranks, permanent cosmetics, and permanent chat tags are safe — they carry over every season automatically.

⏳ It's your responsibility to use up consumable items before a reset date is announced. We can't restore anything lost in a wipe.

Enforcement

xbfman_network reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, remove virtual items, and take any necessary action against users who violate these Terms.

Punishments may be applied without prior notice and may extend to associated accounts. All enforcement decisions are final unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Third-Party Platforms and Services

xbfman_network may be accessed or discussed through third-party platforms and services, including but not limited to Discord, websites, social networks, and online marketplaces.

xbfman_network is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any such third-party platforms unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Any offer, listing, advertisement, or transaction involving xbfman_network accounts, virtual items, currency, services, or access conducted through third-party platforms is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized by xbfman_network in writing.

Refund and Chargeback Policy

All purchases made on the official xbfman_network store are final and non-refundable. Virtual items are digital, consumable goods with no real-world monetary value.

⚠️ Attempting to open a payment dispute, claim, or chargeback via PayPal, credit card companies, or any other payment processor will result in an immediate, permanent, non-appealable ban across the entire xbfman_network network — including all associated accounts, IP addresses, and Discord accounts.

Disclaimer and Liability

xbfman_network is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. xbfman_network is not responsible for losses resulting from bans, item removal, or server changes.

xbfman_network is an independent Minecraft server and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation, Discord Inc., or any other trademark holders. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
